We understand life happens. Here's our policy:
- Cancel 24+ hours before class for a full refund
- Same-day cancellations receive class credit
- Monthly program refunds prorated after first class
- Private lessons can be rescheduled within 48 hours
- Workshop deposits are non-refundable
Frequently Asked Questions
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We also offer Klarna for buy-now-pay-later in 4 interest-free installments. In-person, we accept cash and checks. For participants with FSS or IDD waivers, please contact us to arrange direct billing.
Klarna lets you split your payment into 4 equal, interest-free installments. You pay the first installment at checkout, then the remaining 3 are automatically charged every 2 weeks. There are no fees if you pay on time. Simply click the "Klarna" button at checkout to get started.
Yes. Solo Expression is an approved provider for FSS (Fee-for-Service Support) and IDD (Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities) waivers. Contact us at soloexpressionspa@gmail.com with your waiver details and we'll handle the billing directly with your provider.
Absolutely. Our $30 Drop-In Class is designed for exactly that. Try a single session with no commitment. If you love it, you can upgrade to the Monthly Program at any time.
Yes. All payments are processed through industry-leading secure payment processors with PCI-DSS compliance, SSL encryption, and fraud protection. Solo Expression never stores your card information directly.
